minios: build system cleanups.

- Added ARCH_LDFLAGS for architecture specific LDFLAGS
- Fixed build dependencies after changing makerule files
- Fixed ARCH_CFLAGS for 64bit guest, added ARCH_ASFLAGS
- Couple of variable renames
